Acceptable use

Cardinal Signal is licensed for legitimate business development — researching and prioritizing accounts. It is not licensed for bulk extraction, resale of the record, or automated cold-contact tooling.

Accuracy

The record is built from public sources and re-verified continuously, but it is provided as intelligence, not as a warranty. Every fact carries its date so you can judge it.

Opt-out and removal

We honor individual removal requests permanently. The mechanism is on the opt-out page.
